Tough weekend for Oscar Palm

Oscar Palm had a tough race weekend at Falkenberg where he among other things suffered from a double puncture in the second race.
“Two punctures in one race is a special experience to say the least, something I would not like to have again,” said Palm.
Palm fought for third in the second race when he first got a right rear puncture and a few laps later a puncture on the left rear tyre.
“Unfortunately things did not go my way this weekend. We were the third fastest car but were not able to turn the speed in to any good results because of all bad luck,” said Palm.
Palm was close to Martin Öhlin for third in the championship ahead of Falkenberg. But after the misfortunes this weekend, with fifth as his best result, Palm lost 19 points on Öhlin.
“I’m just going to forget about this and aim wholeheartedly on the next race,” said Palm.
