Fredrik Larsson topped the morning test at Falkenberg, his home track, with the time 44.309, four tenths faster than Robin Rudholm.
“It feels good, as does my arm. We are working on some things with the setup that I was not pleased with ahead of the qualifying,” said Larsson.
Oscar Palm was third fastest, a little over half a second slower than Larsson, and Martin Öhlin was fourth fastest.
“The car was alright, if we just get some small things in the setup right ahead of the qualifying, things should be good,” said Öhlin.
Jan West was fifth fastest ahead of Mikael Bender and Roar Lindland. Prince Carl Philip rounded off top eight.
Next up is qualifying at 15.00 CET.
